Request Late Show with David Letterman tickets online. Those selected for tickets will receive a phone call and be asked to answer a Letterman-related trivia question in order to receive tickets.
Getting "Late Show with David Letterman" Tickets In-Person:
You can request tickets in person for shows up to one month in advance at the Ed Sullivan Theatre at 1697 Broadway (between 53rd & 54th Streets). Ticket requests will be accepted Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Do not line up for tickets before 9 a.m.
Getting Stand-by "Late Show with David Letterman" Tickets:
Call (212) 247-6497 starting at 11:00 a.m. on the day of the show you would like to attend. You will be asked to answer a David Letterman trivia question, and if you answer it correctly, you'll be asked to arrive at the theater approximately an hour before taping. Stand-by tickets do not guarantee admission to the show.
What to Know About Late Show with David Letterman Tickets:
Late Show with David Letterman tapes at the Ed Sullivan Theatre 1697 Broadway (53rd/54th Sts).
Late Show with David Letterman doesn't offer tickets by mail or for groups.
You must be at least 18 to be in the audience.
Bring photo ID for security clearance.
You are eligible to attend the Late Show with David Letterman only once every six months.
Bring a sweater or jacket if you're attending a Late Show with David Letterman Taping -- they keep the studios pumped full of refrigerated air.

Join Good Morning America's Diane Sawyer, Robin Roberts, Chris Cuomo and Sam Champion in our Times Square location, Monday through Friday morning from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

We receive many ticket requests so please wait patiently for a response by e-mail. We do not send tickets by mail.

A Special Note on Security from the Audience Coordinator:

Please remember when guests visit our studio, we appreciate that they acknowledge the following security precautions.

No bags larger than a basic purse.
No gifts or cards for the hosts or guests.
Signs are welcome. You are allowed to bring signs, however they should not have Web site or addresses posted on them and they should not endorse any kind of business or product.
Also clothing should not endorse any kind of business or product.
There is no age limit for Good Morning America guests.
All guests must bring a valid photograph identification card (driver's license, school ID, etc).
Feel free to bring a camera and remember to wear comfortable shoes or sneakers.

Look your best ... you are going to be on television!

There is no studio audience on Saturday and Sunday.

For groups or parties larger than 20 people, contact the audience coordinator at 212-580-5176. If you have additional questions you can reach the coordinator directly or between 11 a.m. and 2 a.m. Monday through Friday at 212-930-7855. We receive many calls, so if you get our voice mail please speak slowly and clearly and leave only your name, phone number and the reason for your call.

We are always looking for interesting stories about our studio audience. In the box below, tell us a quirky or interesting story about yourself or your family. Please do not submit stories about anniversaries, birthdays or yearly trips. Upbeat, fun stories about weird pets, hobbies, occupations or unusual circumstances are the best

Every August, you can submit your request for Saturday Night Live Tickets via email. Those who are selected for tickets will recieve an email confirmation and two tickets to either a live taping or a dress rehearsal.
Getting Standby Saturday Night Live Tickets:
For stand-by tickets, arrive by 7 a.m. on the morning of the taping under the "NBC Studios" marquee on the 50th St. side of 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Standby tickets are available for either the 8 pm dress rehearsal or the 11:30 pm live show. Only one ticket will be issued per person. Please note that a stand-by ticket does not guarantee admission.
What to Know About Saturday Night Live Tickets:
You must be at least 16 to attend the Saturday Night Live show
Check the Saturday Night Live website to be sure they're airing a new episode on a given date before you plan to wait for stand-by tickets.
Bring a sweater or jacket if you're attending a Saturday Night Live Taping -- they keep the studios pumped full of refrigerated air.
Be aware that the weather and the guest host on Saturday Night Live play a big role in the competitiveness for getting standby tickets.
